Homework, homework, homework! It covers my room along with my floordrobe. I will always find something else to do as long as it stops me from doing my homework up until the last minute. That something else is usually something very unproductive such as watching youtube videos or reading magazines. I'm a very bad example as I haven't handed in a piece of homework on time for a few years now. However there is one thing that can usually focus me on doing homework and that is music because music makes what you're doing more enjoyable. So here are a few songs which are in my aptly named 'homework playlist'.

I listen to lots of 'genres' of music but I think everyone should like these songs. I'll do a list of my 50 most listened to songs one day, when I can be bothered but for now I hope you enjoyed these.

I have my first shift at work tomorrow, I have a Christmas temp job at Boots! It's from 6-9pm so hopefully I'll still be able to post something. So, I guess I should be off to do my homework now.

I'm sick of seeing clones all over college sporting the 'street style/gangster' look which usually includes at least two of the mentioned:

• air max
• a beanie
• camouflage jacket
• almost being a walking advert of Nike and Adidas

I completely understand if this is your personal style but last year if you were seen out and about sporting any of these you most surely would have been called a chav. Luckily, this is just another one of those trends which most people are bound to follow but by next year something else will come along and all of this years clothes will be pushed to the back of your wardrobe to make room for the next big thing.

I really do wish that just for one day we could go back to an era of fancy dresses, high society dinner parties and people taking pride in what they look like. Of course it wasn't all that great back then if you didn't have the money to spare to buy all your elaborate clothes, diamonds and pearls but one can dream that they would have been a Holly Golightly.

An hour ago I went crazy, something just clicked and I deleted Facebook, now I have nothing to do so welcome to me, just a cliché student. You tend to see my type in areas which have a Starbucks, rummaging through charity shops and occasionally staring at Topshop's window display.

I've been wanting to start a blog for donkey's years, so why didn't I do it sooner? I'll tell you why, it's because I'm lazy. My other character traits include:

• Tiredness
• Foolishness
• Carelessness

Of course, none of these come up on my CV. Despite the aforementioned traits, I am in fact a very nice person, so I do hope we can be friends! 

What will I be posting on this blog you ask? Everything! From inspirational artists to my favourite biscuits, you'll see it here. I'm going to try and post every day. I sort of want this blog to be a lifestyle because to be honest, at the moment I don't have much of a life, except for drinking gallons of tea(yes you guessed it, I'm British!). I'm going to try and post your usual bloggery things too such as outfits and hauls, I know people like these and I aim to make people happy. Anyway, I won't keep you much longer...
